Everyone is beautiful. Some people are portrayed more in media than others. The underrepresented people are not appreciated or respected because people don't take too kindly to things that are different.
In other words, fuck society's media. The movies, magazines, laws, runways that perpetuate an idea of beauty that causes body dysmorphia, eating disorders, and self esteem issues in rising youth.

Especially natural hair on dark skin women
THIS is what we need to see more of. Little girls grow up seeing mostly wigs or straightened hair forced onto their favorite celebrity actresses and singers. The backlash this great picture got is why the crown act exists and why we black people and people with natural hair have to fight hair discrimination.
