Find new hobbies and work on your skills
In the midst of a pandemic, everything is different and many goals have been altered, shattered, and saved for later. Never give up on your future dreams no matter how long they take to achieve. Listen to new music, read new book genres, try new games.
Make a list of your current hobbies and a list of hobbies and skills you want to try.
A few of my personal interests include writing, gaming, and using Pinterest.
Adjust your schedule
Do you stay up 5 hours later than usual and eat three times more or less? Same. My solution to this is to work slowly at eliminating things in your routine that mess with you emotionally and physically.
For example, eating excessive sugary foods affect the body and mind in a way that can destroy both. Research sugar detoxes and the effects of it if you ever plan on stopping. If you can, try to keep off half of your devices after 12pm one day. Then after a few days of that working, try 11:30 pm and keep stemming from there. Just know that you aren't alone.
Declutter
Your paperwork, closet, emails, messages, mindset, negative habits. Invest your time into becoming a better, happier person. Erase unimportant emails and messages. Work on buying less and figuring out what's truly meaningful in your life. Sell, trash, donate, reuse, recycle, and reduce all that you can.
Take some time to clean your house/room/car.
Continue learning
Study subjects that'll be helpful for your future or that you generally enjoy.
Examples: learn to cook your favorite restaurant dish, how to do taxes, money saving tips, sewing, drawing.
Everyone has different learning styles. If you ever struggle with a particular subject, try learning it in multiple ways to see which works best for you. Test out different study techniques too and ways to recall information. If you ever feel discouraged, just remember that everyone starts with a blank slate. Take breaks when you feel too overwhelmed. Coursera is a great site for learning online.
And to the current students, I just want to say that you all are very skilled indeed and will succeed. I wish I could help take away you guy's stress and struggles.
Experiment with diys (learn to cut your own hair for example)
Start working towards your goals
All the drafts you put off for later are looking quite scrumptious right now huh?
help others in need
treat yourself like the wonderful human you are
Start saving dimes and or quarters.
We all make mistakes. No past is squeaky clean and everyone struggles at one point in their life
Change your diet/ workout regime
Work on breaking your bad eating habits. Start slowly and work towards removing a majority of the foods and drinks that hurt you.
Test out different workout styles and diets until you find one that fits you.
If you ever feel too lazy or tired, just be sure to at least warm up and drink plenty of water. Drink the water at least 30 minutes before working out and never push past your limits.
Research and learn more about your favorite things
Take breaks from social media
Although you're on one right now, social media can be very toxic and stressful. Blue light affects your eyes and skin in many negative ways. If you can't take time outside and don't like reading, try and experiment with other things like cooking, writing, exercise.
If you're too addicted to stop, follow people who inspire you and make you want to be a better person. For example, Jagrit Pratap Singh on twitter motivates me with his post.
Find new ways to commit to God
If you're religious, make some more time for your Creator. Praise Him, thank Him, talk to Him about your struggles, and pray for others that are in need of help. No one is perfect and God doesn't expect you to be. We are all forgiven so that we can learn from our past mistakes and become better.

Make a dream or goal board
A dream board or vision board is a collage of images, pictures, and affirmations of one's dreams and desires, designed to serve as a source of inspiration and motivation, and to use the law of attraction to attain goals. Credit: Wikipedia
Plan the next few months or weeks
Adopt methods from your school years
In school did you learn 30 new words a day? A lot of students actually memorized information just to pass. But learning new things is incredibly important for everyone.
Support and help others
Donate and spread important information that will help those in need.
Do the thing you've been avoiding
Have you been avoiding that one book that you bought or have you not played the new game you got months ago? Watch the series you've been avoiding. Take some time and cross off some things on your to do list.
