Never let your happiness depend on anyone.


Your value isn't determined by other's opinions on you


Don't get too attached to anyone and don't expect anything from anyone. Both of these tips will help you to not be too disappointed when someone lets you down.


Just because someone seems nice, doesn't mean they like you the same way. I've learned this the hard way, repeatedly.


Mental health, disability, coping looks different on everyone


Your mental health is just as important as your psychical health


Never let anyone shame your beliefs


Be aware of what peer pressure, gas lighting, and lust look like


Crying is not a sign of weakness


Don't ever beg anyone to change, treat you right,


If someone is refusing to change don't force them


Cutting toxic people out of your life does not make you a bad person


Loving yourself, knowing yourself, respecting yourself, and accepting your flaws is more important than finding love with another


Appreciate what you have in your life


Be patient with yourself, any progress is still progress


Keep learning and growing every day


Yes, others do have it worse but that doesn't mean your struggles mean nothing

When you realize someone is mistreating you, using you, or not sure of their own feelings while invalidating yours, it's best to leave. Don't change yourself or try to impress someone or make them jealous. Never allow others to treat you poorly.


Don't force your beliefs on anyone and don't let anyone do it to you.


Never fight over a woman/man


Stay away from drama if you can


Don't spread gossip or rumors
