You don't have to always be strong and you won't always be
Just because you don't look or act a certain way doesn't mean you're any less black. Your voice/dialect, first language, hair, face, personality, beliefs, likes, and body are your business.
Don't ask other races for validation-- you don't need to impress anyone by changing how you are to fit how others want you to be.
European features are not the default or ideal beauty--the real ideal is unique, individual beauty and health over appearance. You don't need to be thick or slim thicc or have full lips or curly hair instead of coily. Your features are yours for a reason. You are beautiful and unique.
If you want to see yourself represented more in media, find that media. The black movies, natural hair care boards on pinterest, black youtubers, etc. Or, make your own/ be a voice/ share black media.
Ignore the people that tell you you're only supposed to date black people- date who loves you for you/ whoever you want .
You don't have to look like other black girls (models or not) or other races-- black people are not a monolith and beauty comes in all colors and shapes. Monolids, blue eyes, small nose, none of it makes you any less black.
You don't have to be made up all the time- it's hard to be a woman and get a break from dressing up but you have every right to do so. Your afro or braids or dreads are not unprofessional.
Don't listen to the idiot trolls and cyberbullies that insult black women or compare them to stereotypes or other races. it's not your job or mine to try and change any idiot's opinion on us.
Your feelings are valid and you're not in the wrong for being upset or angry. Mental health isn't talked about enough, especially for black women so I think it's important for us to band together and help each other.
Take breaks from the internet and focus on you and your mental health
don't be afraid to ask for help whether it's with mental health, your hair care, confidence.
Creators-authors, singers, songwriters etc- keep working even if no one's watching or reading or buying! You will get there one day :)
you don't have to prove anything to anyone.
If you want to find natural hairstyles/ products, businesses, and models on pinterest, check out my Pinterest! (Chocolate blaze)
None of our skin colors or hair textures are better than the rest, we are all shinin. If a person tries to box you into a group because of something/anything (ex: dialect, race, skin color) you can't control that person doesn't respect you the way you need to be respected.
You can be whatever you want to be and work to be love- astronaut, coder, athlete, doctor, YouTuber, chef, engineer, etc.
You don't need to be rich or famous or feminine or fit or attractive to them to be respected by men. You deserve a love that will put you first romantically
WE ARE GORGEOUS no matter what you see in magazines or media. Your beauty is not determined by other's opinions on you or preferences and even your own thoughts that are hard to silence.

people will always want what you have whether it's talent or features and it's because of #blackgirlmagic and a lot of the time we won't see credit for it
